Support for time at home

As we all stay at home, working and looking after families, it is important to look after our own health and wellbeing. Getting out for a walk or run each day is important, and many organistions are providing online support, including exercise classes, school work, and fun programmes for kids. 

Arts Care 4U has launched a YouTube channel for some its work. 

Arts Care has adapted their normal activity to deliver digital alternatives to support health and wellbeing during the COVID-19 crisis.

Booktrust Hometime online books, videos, games, book-themed quizzes and more. 

Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership have daily updates and tips to Stay Active @ Home 

Action for Children useful apps - your children's mental health is important, and these apps can provide advice on helping them through this difficult time. 

Postive mental health - Start 360 has put together a handy guide to protect you and your family's mental health. 

Learning activities - kids may not be in the classroom, but it's really important that they continue to learn. Parenting NI has some tips on how to do this at home. 

School with celebrities - dance, music, cooking, maths, English. Celebrities are doing their bit by hosting a range of online sessions throughout the day.
